Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee released the GATE 2025 scorecard on March 28, 2025, on the official website of GATE 2025- gate2025.iisc.ac.in.

Eligible candidates can get the scorecard from the official portal GOAPS. Candidates need to log in through their ID and password to download the GATE scorecard. Since a hard copy of the scorecard will not be issued, it is recommended that candidates save the electronic version of the scorecard for future use.

How to Download GATE Scorecard 2025

Candidates can download their GOAPS scorecards for various branches online on the official website of GATE 2025. Follow the steps given below to download the GATE scorecard:

Step 2: Click on the "GATE Scorecard 2025" link on the homepage.

Step 3: Login to the GOAPS 2025 application portal using your enrollment ID and password.

Step 4: View and download your GATE score card PDF.

What is the importance of GATE Scorecard?

The GATE score indicates the relative performance level of a candidate in a test paper. Qualifying GATE is useful for admission to Master’s programmes and Doctoral programmes in universities/institutions supported by MoE and other government agencies and for getting financial aid. Also, many Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India are using GATE scores in their recruitment process. However, GATE qualification does not guarantee a job in PSU/Cabinet Secretariat, as it depends on the recruitment process of the concerned authority.

GATE Scorecard 2025 will be issued to the candidates who will qualify the GATE 2025 exam. Apart from the personal information of the candidate, GATE scorecard includes three important components GATE score, marks and All India Rank. GATE scorecard generally contains the following information:

Validity of GATE 2025 Score Card

GATE 2025 scorecard will be valid for three years from the date of declaration of result. If a candidate wishes to improve his/her GATE score then he/she can appear for the exam again next year. In case of having multiple valid scorecards, any of them can be used for admission/recruitment purposes.
