The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has opened the GATE 2026 answer key challenge window. Candidates who appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026 can now check the provisional answer key and raise objections through the official GOAPS Portal.

Steps to Challenge GATE 2026 Answer Key

The GATE 2026 provisional answer key, along with response sheets and the master question paper, was released on February 22, 2026. Candidates can now raise challenges on the answer key through the GOAPS portal. Follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of GATE 2026.
Step 2: Click on the GATE 2026 GOAPS Portal link.
Step 3: Log in using your enrollment ID and password.
Step 4: Click on the GATE answer key challenge link.
Step 5: Select the question and answer ID you want to challenge.
Step 6: Click on the challenge link.
Step 7: Upload the necessary supporting documents.
Step 8: Pay the required fee and submit your challenge.
