After the declaration of CUET UG 2025 results, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has started the online application process for admission to Undergraduate (UG) and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) courses for the academic session 2025-26. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of JNU at jnuee.jnu.ac.in.

The last date for application has been fixed as 15 July 2025 at 11:50 pm. To apply, the candidate will need the application number and date of birth of CUET UG 2025. Only those students are eligible to apply who have taken the CUET UG 2025 exam.

JNU has released all the information related to eligibility criteria, course details, seat matrix and admission process in the e-prospectus. This e-prospectus is available on the main website of the university www.jnu.ac.in and admission portal. The university has advised applicants to read the eligibility conditions and guidelines carefully before applying and keep checking the website for updates from time to time.

Meanwhile, student agitation is also going on in the university. JNU Students Union (JNUSU) members are on a hunger strike demanding automatic continuation of hostel facility to PhD extension scholars, which entered the 12th day on Tuesday. The students are protesting against the manifesto presented by the administration, which added additional conditions for hostel facility.

According to the CUET UG 2025 data, a total of 13,54,699 candidates had registered for the exam, out of which 10,71,735 students appeared for the exam. These included 5,23,988 women, 5,47,744 men and 3 third gender candidates.
