JoSAA Counselling 2024: Round 2 Seat Allotment Results Announced on June 27

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will release the round 2 seat allocation results on June 27, 2024. Students can check and download their results from the official website — josaa.nic.in.

Eligibility and Basis for Seat Allotment

The round 2 seat allotment list is created based on the choices filled by candidates. Only students who have successfully cleared the JEE Mains 2024 and JEE Advanced 2024 exams are eligible for JoSAA counseling 2024.

Post-Announcement Steps

After the round 2 seat allotment is announced, candidates who are allotted seats can report online for admission up to July 2, 5 pm. Applicants must pay the counseling fee and upload the required documents.

How to Check JoSAA Counselling 2024 Results

1. Visit the official website — josaa.nic.in
2. Click on the link that says ‘View Seat Allotment Result-Round 2’
3. Enter your login credentials and submit
4. The ‘Seat Allotment Result-Round 2 2024’ will appear on the screen
5. Download your round 2 seat allotment result for future reference

Candidates must download the initial seat allotment intimation slip.

Steps for Seat Confirmation

1. Accept the seat allotted
2. Upload the required documents
3. Pay the seat acceptance fee
4. Respond to any queries (if any)

Applicants need to complete the fee payment and document upload between June 27 and July 1. The last date to pay the fee is July 1, and the last date to respond to queries is July 3.

Withdrawal or Exit from Seat Allocation

Candidates can initiate the withdrawal of their seat or exit from the seat allocation process from June 28 (10 am) to July 2 (5 pm). The third seat allotment result will be announced on July 4.
