Candidates can pay the seat acceptance fee directly on the official website of JoSAA without logging in. The payment can be made through e-challan or SBI net banking. The JoSAA fee payment link will be active from the starting date of choice filling till the last round. Since the admission fee of each institute is different, candidates will have to pay only the JoSAA counselling fee, which will later be adjusted in the admission fee of the institute.

Seat Allotment Options After Each Round
Once the officials will allot the seat, candidates have to select one of the three options given below.
Freeze – If the applicant is satisfied with the allotted seat and does not wish to participate in further rounds of JoSAA counselling 2025.
Float – For candidates who are satisfied with the seat but wish to be considered for other institutes during future rounds of JoSAA seat allocation.
Slide – The candidate accepts the allotted seat but is also open to admission in a higher preferred course in the same institute.
