The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will begin the Karnataka Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (UGCET) 2024 document verification process tomorrow, June 25. According to the schedule, the document verification for Karnataka UGCET 2024 will continue until June 29.

The KCET 2024 document verification will be conducted in three shifts daily. The first shift is from 9 am to 11 am, the second shift is from 11:15 am to 1:15 pm, and the third shift starts at 2 pm and will go on until all candidates are processed.

Candidates are required to report at 9:15 am for the first shift, 11 am for the second shift, and 1:45 pm for the third shift.

According to the official notification, candidates must bring the original documents along with a photocopy of each for KCET 2024 counselling. Students need to attend on the days specified for their ranks. Candidates with ranks between 1 to 8,000 are scheduled for document verification on June 25 from 9 am to 11 am.

KCET 2024 Counselling: What Happens After Document Verification?

After verifying the documents, the authorities will provide candidates with a slip containing a unique ID and password if all documents are accurate.

Following the document verification, candidates will use their unique ID and password to access their account. They will then indicate their preferred colleges and courses. During the choice-filling process, candidates will have access to a course-, category-, and college-specific seat matrix. It is recommended that candidates carefully consider their choices. However, candidates can change, add, or remove options at each session of KCET counselling.
