- Login using your candidate login details.
- Click on ‘Confirm’ to keep your old options valid for the next phase.
- Change your preference order, remove the unwanted options and create new options for colleges/courses/quotas available in this phase.
- Verify your preferences before the end of the process.
The process remains open till the final day so that you may change your preferences multiple times.
Who must Confirm Options in KEAM 2026 Phase 2
Option confirmation is compulsory for each and every engineering aspirant. This is irrespective of whether aspirants have been allotted seats during the first phase and candidates who haven't been allotted any seats but wish to get into the second phase.
Not getting this done means that candidates will not be considered for the KEAM Engineering Second Phase Allotment. However, there is an exception to this rule for the case of newly introduced institutions, courses and/or quotas wherein candidates can register their options fresh.
Those candidates who have paid the token fee for their first-phase allotment will retain the seat until they get a new allotment.
It must be noted that on getting a new seat for engineering in the second phase, the candidate's first phase allotment becomes null and void, and he/she will have to join the newly allotted institution.
