LinkedIn uses five key factors to rank full-time MBA programmes:

Hiring and Demand: Looks at how well graduates are placed in jobs and the demand for their skills, using LinkedIn data for 2019-2023 graduates.
Career Growth: Tracks how quickly graduates move up to director or VP-level roles by reviewing job titles and promotions.
Alumni Network: Measures how connected and supportive the alumni network is, especially for leadership roles.
Leadership Potential: Looks at how many graduates become entrepreneurs or reach top executive roles, showing the leadership skills they gained.
Gender Balance: Ensures there’s an equal mix of male and female graduates in the 2019-2023 group.

Requirements for LinkedIn’s MBA Ranking

Only full-time MBA programmes accredited by AACSB or EQUIS are included in LinkedIn’s rankings. Part-time, executive, and certificate-based MBAs are not counted. The programme must have at least 1,500 alumni, with 400 of them graduating between 2019 and 2023, to make sure the data is accurate.
