Telangana & Assam Board Exam 2021 Big Decision, Two Boards Different Steps: Check Who will Conduct & Who has Cancelled

Telangana Intermediate (2nd Year) exam has been cancelled for 2021. The Board Exam cancellation has been taken by the government in view of the widespread of COVID-19 Pandemic Situation. On Wednesday June 9, the government took this decision. While making the announcement State Education Minister P Sabita Reddy said the result for the Intermediate students would be announced after doing the arrangements.

She also said that the committee has been appointed on the issue. However if any students wished to take the examination the government would take the decision after the COVID-19 Situation improved.” Education minister said.

While on another side on the same day (Wednesday June 9) Assam State Board has announced that the AHSEC Class 12 Final Year Examination will take place in July-August Month. 

AHSEC Examination controller Pankaj Brothakur Wrote a letter to all the in-charge of examination centers to increase the number of venues for the examination so that the COVID-19 protocols can be maintained while holding the board exams.

He said in the letter that “It is for your kind information that Assam Higher Secondary Education Council is going to conduct Higher Secondary Final Examinations, 21 in July/August 2021,”

The education minister Ranoj Pegu had held a detailed discussion with several organizations of students on Tuesday to discuss holding the class 10th and 12th board exam. 

After the meeting he said that the class 10th and 12th examination will take place and an SOP in consultation with the Health Department for conducting the tests will be brought soon.

Education Minister Ranoj Pegu tweeted, “Thanks all for valuable inputs on HSLC and HS Exam. We are aware about all aspects including NEET and JEE, 2021. Decision will be taken soon taking into consideration all relevant issues.”

For now Assam students have to wait for further updates from the board. However Telanagan Board Students have the opportunity to prepare for the Engineering and Medical Entrance Exam rather than waiting for the result announcements.
