CBSE 10th Result 2023 Out: 93.12% Pass, Girls Outperformed Boys, Check Result Stats & Full Analysis

The Central Board of Secondary Education has declared the CBSE Class 10 result 2023 today.

This year the pass percentage of class 10 is 93.12%. Trivandrum has come up as the best-performing region at 99.91 per cent, followed by Bengaluru at 99.18%, Chennai at 99.14%, Ajmer at 97.27% and Pune at 96.92 %.

0.1% of Students to Get Merit Certificate who Passed in CBSE 10 Result 2023

The CBSE Board will release the merit certificate to 0.1% of students of Class 10th who have scored the highest marks in the subjects.

2016779 students clear class 10th Exams in CBSE

This year,  2184117 students registered for the Class 10 exams, out of which 2165805 students appeared and 2016779 passed the exams, earning an overall pass percentage of 93.12%.

Girls record a better pass percentage in CBSE 10th result 2023

Pass percentage of girl students in CBSE Class 10 result 2023 is 94.25% whereas 92.27% boys has qualified. 

 Pass percentage better than pre-COVID period in CBSE 10 Result

This year's pass percentage betters the pass percentage of 91.10% of 2019 in the pre-COVID period.

Trivandrum best, Guwahati worst performing region in CBSE class 10th Result 2023

In the Trivandrum region, 99.91% of students have passed the CBSE Class 10 board exam while in Guwahati, 76.90% have qualified. 

Overall pass percentage dips in CBSE class 10th Result 2023

The overall pass percentage for Class 10 results this year is 93.12 per cent, which is a dip from last year.

This year, the overall pass percentage of CBSE Class 10th is 93.12%.
