The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the CBSE Class 10 Second Board Result 2026. Students who appeared for the examination can now check and download their scorecards from the DigiLocker result portal at results.digilocker.gov.in.

According to the official data released by CBSE, the overall Class 10 pass percentage stands at 96.78%. This figure includes the combined results of the Main Board Examination and the Second Board Examination held in 2026.
A total of 6,64,027 students registered for the CBSE Class 10 Second Board Examination 2026. Of these, 6,63,777 candidates appeared for the exam.
Around 5,13,955 students appeared in the Second Board Examination to improve the marks they had secured in the Main Board Examination. Among them, 3,08,095 students successfully improved their scores. The improvement percentage stands at 59.95%.

CBSE Class 10 Compartment Result 2026
A total of 1,49,822 students appeared under the compartment category in the CBSE Class 10 Second Board Examination 2026.
Of these, 78,503 candidates passed the examination. The compartment pass percentage stands at 52.40%.
CBSE stated that the compartment pass percentage has improved compared with 2025. The pass percentage in the previous year was 48.68%.
This shows an increase of 3.72 percentage points in the compartment pass rate in 2026.
