CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2021: Schools affiliated with the CBSE board have been directed to process the online application of single girl child scholarships according to the released guidelines for this scheme. The online process has started on December 27, students wanting to avail of this scholarship can fill the application on the official website of CBSE Board. The students will be able to apply online for this scheme till January 17, 2022.

CBSE Scholarship Scheme: Eligibility Criteria

Only those single girl students can get the benefit of this scheme who have secured a minimum of 60 percent or more marks in CBSE Class 10 examination.
She should be studying in classes 11 and 12 in a CBSE affiliated school and her tuition fee should be not more than Rs. 1,500/Month during the academic year.
It is only available for Indian Students.

In order to apply for this scholarship, a candidate will have to use their Class 10 Roll Number and DOB (Date of Birth) to log in on the website. To fill the application online successfully, they should follow the below-given steps -

Visit official website cbse.nic.in
Find the notification section, and click on ‘Single girl child scholarship X-2021 REG’
Click on the application link
A new tab will open. Select the type of application -- fresh or renewal
Read the instructions carefully. And the click on SGC-X fresh application or renewal
Fill the application form, upload documents and submit
Take a printout of the application for future reference.
