GATE 2022 Entrance Examination date sheet has been released. According to the released GATE Date sheet the examination starts on February 5, 2022 and will continue till February 13, 2022. However, on 4th February there will be miscellaneous activities such as display posters, signboards, seating arrangements, etc.

This entrance test will be held in two slots; first slot will begin at 9 AM and continue till 12 PM. The second slot of the GATE Exam will be held from 2:30 PM and continue till 5:30 PM. This year Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur is the examination conducting body of GATE 2022.
GATE exams are conducted in the online format or CBT (Computer-Based-Test). Therefore, questions of GATE exam will be in Multiple Choice Questions that will comprise three patterns of questions - MCQs, MSQs, NAT. There is negative marking too, thus, for every wrong answer marks will be cut. Although, for MSQs (multiple select questions) and NATs (numerical answer type) types of questions there is no negative marking.

Eligibility criteria to appear for GATE 2022 have also been changed, hence now BDS and MPharm degree holders can also be included in it.
