This is an important update for all GATE 2026 candidates. If you missed the previous deadline to correct errors in your application form, IIT Guwahati has given you one last chance.

This feature is available for a very limited time. If you need to change your exam city, category, or paper details, you must do so immediately.

Start Time: 10:00 am
End Time: 11:59 pm

Once the clock strikes midnight, the portal will close, and no further requests will be accepted.

GATE 2026: What Can You Edit?

During this period, you can log in to the GOAPS portal to modify specific details in your registration form. This is your opportunity to ensure all your data is accurate before the Admit Cards are generated in January.

Make sure you check the following:

Spelling of your name and parent's name.
Date of Birth.
Choice of Exam Paper.
Exam City preferences.
Category and PwD status.

Note: Some changes may require an additional fee.
