Students dissatisfied with their ICSE or ISC scores have two options: Recheck and Re-evaluation. The first step is the Recheck of Results, a process to verify totaling errors or missed answers. The application window for Recheck is short, open from May 1st to May 4th, with a fee of INR 1,000 per subject. Only after the Recheck results are out, students still not satisfied can apply for the Re-evaluation of Answer Scripts for a non-refundable fee of INR 1,500 per subject. All applications must be submitted online through the 'Public Services' link on the CISCE website.
ICSE, ISC Result 2026 Date: Transparency in Answer Sheet Evaluation
The CISCE ensures a transparent and fair evaluation for ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) examinations, especially through its thorough recheck process. A recheck involves two key steps: confirming all answers were properly evaluated and verifying the marksheet for errors, particularly in totaling scores. This procedure ensures result accuracy and integrity for students and parents.
Last year, the CISCE declared both ICSE and ISC results on April 30 at 11 am, following a press conference. A similar timeline is expected this year as well, although students are advised to keep checking official updates for confirmation.
