JEE Advanced 2025: IIT Kanpur Increases Application Fee for Foreign Centres

IIT Kanpur has shared the details for JEE Advanced 2025 and announced higher fees for exam centres outside India. The exam will happen on May 18, 2025, in online mode (CBT). It will be conducted in 222 cities in India and at two international centres: Abu Dhabi and Kathmandu. The Dubai centre is not available this year.

For Abu Dhabi and Kathmandu, the fee is now USD 150.
- Students from non-SAARC countries will need to pay USD 250, which is USD 50 more than last year.
- For exam centres in India, the fee remains the same.
The exam centres are grouped into seven zones managed by IITs in Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Guwahati, Kharagpur, Hyderabad, and Roorkee

Students must select 10 cities as their preferred exam centres while registering. Although the organizers aim to give a preferred choice, some students might get a different city.
IIT Kanpur has released the JEE Advanced 2025 information brochure, announcing an increase in application fees for exam centres outside India. Candidates who choose Abu Dhabi or Kathmandu as their exam centres will need to pay USD 150, while candidates from non-SAARC countries will pay USD 250.

This is a USD 50 hike compared to last year. However, the application fee for exam centres in India remains the same as last year.
