The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has officially announced the start of the registration process for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur will start registration for JEE Advanced 2025 on April 23 at 10 am for those who have qualified the JEE Main. Eligible candidates can apply at jeeadv.ac.in.
The registration window will remain open till 23.59 IST on May 2, 2025, with the last date for fee payment set at 11.59 pm on May 5, 2025.
According to the information brochure released by IIT Kanpur, the JEE Advanced 2025 exam will be held on May 18, with Paper 1 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and Paper 2 from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
The admit cards will be available for download between May 11 and May 18 (till 2.30 pm). Candidates who are differently abled and whose disability is less than 40% or who have difficulty in writing can choose a scribe on May 17.
A copy of the candidates' responses will be released by 5 pm on May 22. The provisional answer key will be made available on May 26, and candidates can submit feedback or objections till 5 pm on May 27. The final answer key and result are expected to be declared on June 2.

After the declaration of the result, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling for admission to IITs, National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and other participating institutes will likely begin on June 3.
The registration for Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2025 will be from June 2 to June 3, with the AAT exam scheduled for June 5. The AAT result will be published on June 8 at 5 pm.
The application fee for Indian nationals is Rs 1,600 for female candidates, SC, ST and PWD categories and Rs 3,200 for all other candidates. For foreign nationals, the fee is US$150 for South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries and US$250 for non-SAARC countries.

- Log in using your JEE Main 2025 roll number, password and security pin.
- Fill in your personal details and select your preferred exam centre.
- Upload scanned copies of your photo, signature and required documents.
- Pay the application fee to complete the process.
