The registration process for JEE Advanced 2025 has started today, April 23. Eligible applicants can register for JEE Advanced 2025 by visiting the official website jeeadv.ac.in.
The registration period started on April 23 at 10 am and will end on May 2, 2025 at 11:59 pm. The last date for the registered candidates to deposit the fees is also May 5, 2025.

Ahead of the exam on May 18, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur has opened the link for JEE Advanced mock test. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria to take the JEE Advanced 2025 exam can sign up for the mock test and take it. Candidates are encouraged to read the official notification before applying for the exam.
The JEE Advanced 2025 exam will be conducted on May 18, 2025 in computer-based mode. IIT Kanpur has also provided official mock tests for Paper 1 and Paper 2 on the website for practice.

JEE Advanced 2025: Documents Required for Upload
You must upload scanned copies of the documents listed below based on your category and claims:
- Class 10 certificate or Birth Certificate
- Class 12 (or equivalent) mark sheet
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/General-EWS – as applicable)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- Writer Request Letter and Compensatory Time Letter (if required)
- Defence Service (DS) Certificate (if applicable)
- OCI/PIO Card, Foreign Passport, or Citizenship Certificate (for Foreign or OCI candidates)
JEE Advanced 2025: Requirements
1. Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must pass the JEE (Main) 2025 exam and rank in the top 2,50,000 (across all categories). While the eligibility for SC/ST students is 65%, the candidate must have secured 75% marks in their 12th class examination.
2. Age Requirement: The applicant must have been born on or after 1 October 2000. SC, ST and PWD applicants are given age relaxation of five years; i.e. they must have been born on or after 1 October 1995.
3. Exam Mode: Only Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode will be used for the JEE (Advanced) 2025 exam. Candidates are encouraged to take practice tests found in the “Resources” section of the website https://jeeadv.ac.in to get comfortable with the CBT style.
4. Application Fee : Female candidates (all categories): Rs 1600 • SC, ST and PWD candidates: Rs 1600 • All other candidates: Rs 3200.

- First, register yourself by providing basic information like JEE Main 2025 roll number, password, and security pin.
- Enter your details.
- Select the preferred exam city, and upload required documents like passport size photo and signature
- Verify, pay the fee and submit the application form.
- Take a printout of the final application form for later reference.
