CUET UG 2026 is a national-level entrance exam conducted by NTA for admission to various undergraduate courses. Candidates who have passed or are appearing in Class 12 can apply for this exam. The application form is available on the official website cuet.nta.nic.in.
CUET UG was introduced to provide a single-window opportunity for students to seek admission to multiple universities. Before CUET, students had to appear for separate entrance exams conducted by different universities. Now, with a single CUET score, candidates can apply to over 250 participating universities.
The exam is conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode at various exam centers across India and abroad. CUET UG tests candidates' knowledge in their chosen subjects and also assesses general aptitude through the General Test section.
