UP NEET UG Counselling 2026 Fee

The formal fee structure will be announced in the recent counselling notification issued by DGME UP.

UP NEET UG Counselling 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates need to satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed for MBBS & BDS admissions in Uttar Pradesh.

NEET UG Eligibility

The candidates need to be qualified for NEET UG 2026 according to the required percentile as per the category. Only those students who are qualified for NEET are eligible to appear for counselling.

Uttar Pradesh Domicile

A domicile of Uttar Pradesh is a mandatory criterion for getting admission under 85% state quota.

Candidates completing Class 10th & 12th from any recognized schools in Uttar Pradesh do not need to present a separate domicile certificate. The final criterion will be updated in the official counselling brochure.

Educational Qualification

The candidates must have completed their class 12th from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology & English as major subjects.

Moreover, they need to fulfill the minimum mark requirement for eligibility as per NEET UG regulation.

The age of the candidate must be 17 years or above as on December 31, 2026.

1. Online Registration

Log on to upneet.gov.in and click the NEET UG counselling registration link.

Fill in all the details including NEET UG roll number, application number, date of birth and contact details.

2. Payment of Registration Fee

Payment of non-refundable counselling registration fee needs to be made through the provided online payment method.

Candidates also have to make a refundable security deposit according to the nature of college that they wish to apply to.

3. Document Submission and Verification

Submission of scanned copies of the necessary certificates in the prescribed format is mandatory.

The counselling authority shall verify all the submitted documents prior to allowing candidates to fill their choice of medical and dental colleges.

4. Choice Filling and Locking

UP NEET UG Counselling 2026 round-wise process

The counselling process is expected to include Round 1, Round 2, the Mop-Up Round and the Stray Vacancy Round.

Round 1
