The AP EAPCET/EAMCET 2024 results have been announced by JNTU Kakinada on June 11, bringing relief to lakhs of students. To check their results and rank cards, students should visit the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) website at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. AP EAMCET 2024 Result Full Statistics

The AP EAPCET/EAMCET 2024 results were announced on June 11 by the Principal Secretary of the Higher Education Department, J Syamala Rao. In the engineering stream, 258,374 students appeared for the exam, with 195,092 qualifying, resulting in a pass percentage of 75.51%. In the agriculture stream, 80,766 students took the exam, with 70,352 qualifying, achieving a pass percentage of 87.11%.

Rao explained that the rankings will be based on a 25% weightage from marks obtained in the group subjects of the Intermediate or equivalent exam and a 75% weightage from the normalized marks obtained in EAPCET-2024.

Last year, the pass rate in the engineering stream was 76.32%, while the pass rate in the agriculture and pharmacy disciplines was 89.65%. Alongside the AP EAMCET 2024 results, the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is expected to announce the names of the toppers.

To download the AP EAMCET Results 2024, candidates must use their registration number or payment reference ID, qualifying examination hall ticket number, and date of birth to log in to the portal and download their scorecard.

AP EAMCET 2024 result: Tie Breaking Criteria

In the event of a tie in combined scores for merit list preparation, the following criteria will be used for ranking:

• Total marks obtained in AP EAMCET 2024
• Marks scored in mathematics in AP EAPCET 2024
• Marks secured in Physics in AP EAPCET 2024
• If the tie persists, the same rank will be given with preference given to the older candidate based on date of birth during admissions.

What to Do After AP EAMCET 2024 Results Are Declared?

After the AP EAMCET 2024 results are announced, eligible students will attend a counseling session. They must bring both original and photocopies of their educational documents, admit card, rank card, and scorecard. With their scores, candidates can apply to various prestigious colleges in the state, including:
