CBSE 10th Result 2026: Post-Result Facilities Begin, Check Notice

CBSE has issued a notification regarding facilities after results for the CBSE Class 10 Main Board and Second Board Examinations 2026. In case of dissatisfaction with the marks, one may request a scanned copy of his/her answer script, verification of marks, and re-evaluation.

The dates for the Main Board Examination were from February 17 to March 11, 2026, and the result was announced on April 15, 2026. The Second Board (improvement) Examination took place between May 15 to June 1, 2026, and the result was announced on July 18, 2026.

Some important rules need to be followed before the application. These rules vary from stage to stage and depend upon the examination that the student appeared in.

CBSE Class 10 Post-Result Facilities: Guidelines

Students who Appeared only in the Main Board Examination

Simply put: you can't apply for verification or re-evaluation directly. You must first obtain the scanned copy of your answer book. Once you have it, you can apply for verification, re-evaluation, or both.

Students who Appeared in both the Main and Second Board Examinations

For the subjects taken in the Main Board Examination only, the procedures explained in the above section will apply.

Now here comes the tricky part. In case of a subject taken in both examinations, you have the right to obtain answer sheets from both the exams. However, verification and revaluation will be done only for one of them, whether it is Main or Second Exam. Once decided, the candidate cannot change his mind.

There is only 5-day window for scanned copy, thus students need to make their application before time. All applications will be made online only.
