DU CSAS Round 2 Schedule 2026 Revised; Check Updated Admission Dates

The University of Delhi has revised the schedule for Round 2 of DU undergraduate admissions 2026. The admission process is being conducted through the Common Seat Allocation System, or CSAS.

As per the updated schedule, candidates can accept their allotted seats until July 27, 2026, at 11:59 pm. They must log in to the official DU UG admission portal at ugadmission.uod.ac.in using their application number and password.

The "Accept" button will show up on the candidate’s dashboard post-login. Candidates should accept the seat allotted to them by the deadline in order to proceed further with the admission procedure.

DU UG CSAS Round 2 Revised Schedule 2026

There is an updated calendar for the 2nd round UG Seat Allotment process released by Delhi University. Candidates who have been allocated a seat are required to accept the seat, document verification, and payment of fees.

Candidates can download their allotment letter post acceptance of the seat from the CSAS website. Also, the cut-off details for Round 2 for colleges participating have been released by the university.

DU UG Admission 2026: Revised Round 2 Dates

The new timetable for admission in Round 2 of DU CSAS is provided below:

The applicants need to accept their allotted seats and submit the necessary documents as per the specified time frame. The applications will be verified and approved by the colleges till July 28, 2026.

The next step involves making the payment of the admission fee before July 29, 2026, 11:59 pm.

DU UG Admission 2026: Round 2 Seat Allotment Details

Seat allotment results of Round 2 from Delhi University have also been announced. A total of 24,814 applicants got new seat allotments in Round 2.

Moreover, 30,682 applicants were allotted to a higher preference program or college. Apart from this, 15,265 applicants who had frozen their seats in Round 1 continue to keep their previous allotments.

Those applicants who had chosen an option to upgrade after Round 1 were considered for a higher preference program or college. Those applicants who had chosen the freeze option kept their previous allotment and were not considered for any upgrade.

Delhi University provides admission to 73 undergraduate programs. Moreover, Delhi University provides admissions in more than 100 BA Program subject combinations in 67 affiliated colleges.

Admission process is taking place on the basis of CUET UG 2026 scores using the CSAS portal. Those applicants who have been allotted a seat in Round 2 need to accept the allotment, get document verification done, and pay the admission fee.

DU Round 2 Admission Process

The steps that should be taken by the candidates who are offered a seat in DU CSAS Round 2 are as follows:

• Go to the DU Undergraduate admission website, that is, ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
• Enter the application number and password to log in.
• Navigate to the seat allocation tab in the dashboard.
• Select the ‘Accept’ button.
• Download the seat allotment letter.
• Afterward, wait for the college to verify the application.
• Pay the admission fee online before 29 July 2026.

As per the guidance from the university, it is advisable for the candidates to make the payment of admission fee as soon as their application gets approved.

DU CSAS Round 3 Seat Allocation

Delhi University will allocate UG seats for Round 3 depending on the number of vacancies left after Round 2.

Details regarding the timetable, list of vacancies and all other admission information will be uploaded at the official CSAS website. Students must visit the CSAS website to keep themselves updated with the latest admission news.

Those students who have already been allotted seats in Round 2 must get their admissions done by following the new deadlines. The last date for accepting the seat allotment is July 27, 2026, while the last date for payment of fee is July 29, 2026.
